2011/2012 Tryout Schedule

La Forza Soccer is a regional and state recognized organization committed to developing talented and motivated soccer players. The program is designed for players of all abilities who wish to acquire the relevant skills and knowledge to advance to their highest playing level. 

  • Scholarships available!
  • 2nd child 25% off, 3rd child free (travel team fees only.  Oldest child gets the highest discount. )
  • High quality, NSCAA Licensed, professional, positive and experienced coaching staff
  • Technical and tactical training for all players
  • Competitive game play in the WSSL Soccer League and the Michigan State Premier League
  • A Youth Academy for development of younger players
  • A summer camp for off-season training
  • Year round practice at Premier Indoor Sports
  • Spring and fall tournaments
  • Year-round Speed, Agility, Quickness training
  • Year round Goalkeeper coaching sessions

All players trying out will be contacted by e-mail about their status no later than Monday, June 20, 8:00pm.  It is very important that you give us a valid e-mail address on your registration form.

Ages 6-10 Youth Academy, Boys & Girls (all players accepted, come to register and meet us) 9:00am - 10:00am
U8-U10 Select Travel,  Boys & Girls 9:00am - 10:00am
U11-U13 Select & Premier Travel, Boys & Girls 10:00am - 11:00am
U14-U15 Select & Premier Travel, Boys & Girls 11:00am - 12:00pm

Sunday 6/19/2011: Linden Free Methodist Church

Tuesday 6/21/2011: Premier Indoor Sports

Make-up Tryouts 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Signing Night (all players who made teams need to report and fill out paperwork)

At signing night, all players must bring

  • A copy of their birth certificate
  • A recent passport size photo
  • The following forms filled out (but not signed, as they need to be notarized):
  1. La Forza Parent Contract
  2. WSSL Registration Form
  3. MSYSA Medical Release Form
  4. MSYSA Code of Conduct Form
 6:00pm - 8:00pm

La Forza will be fielding a team at every age group u8 through high school boys and girls.  Come and see why we are the fastest growing club in the area!

After-School Soccer

 

We are now offering free after school soccer programs at Fenton area schools.  See the bottom of the home page for more details.

 

SAQ & GK Training

 

All La Forza team members are welcome to attend the  Speed/Agility/Quickness and Goalkeeper specialized training sessions.  These are already included in your club fees.  Be sure to take advantage of this club benefit!

 

SAQ: Monday 6-7pm

Goalie: Monday 7-8pm

 

Held at the Linden Free Methodist Fields.

 

2012-2013 Tryouts

 

Tryouts for next season will be held on June 16th & 17th at the Linden Free Methodist Church.  Check back for more details as the time gets closer.

 

 Referees Wanted

 

If you are qualified as a referee and would like to work some La Forza games, please contact Jodi Aldinger at 810-240-5365

 

VG's Receipts

 

If you shop at VG's grocery store, please save the bottom part of your reciept.  VG's will donate a percentage of the bill to local organizations like La Forza.  You can turn them in to your team manager.
