The goal of La Forza soccer club is to maintain its standard as the area’s premier travel soccer club. La Forza’s focus will be on player development, which will be achieved by consistent, high quality coaching and training programs so that every player's maximum potential can be reached. We will strive for players to learn the game in an environment that fosters individual confidence along with team success. La Forza currently has 35 teams with girls and boys born between 2010 and 1998. Our more than 90 percent retention rate is proof we are committed to making soccer an enjoyable family experience.
La Forza soccer is the most affordable club in the area by some distance. Please take the time to see how much it costs to play travel soccer at other local clubs, what’s included in the costs and most importantly the coaching credentials, and experience of the coaching staff.
At this time of writing, La Forza has 20 players that are currently playing or have committed to play College soccer in the previous two years. Most high school teams will participate in College Showcase events and players will receive assistance in writing resumes and advice on how to contact and communicate with College Coaches
New for 2017-18 season our teams will practice three times a week in the fall/spring and twice a week in the winter. One of those practices each week being our new technical training program following the Coerver curriculum.
La Forza offer several international and local high school coaches. All our coaches hold soccer licenses and the majority of our coaches also work as full time teachers. La Forza have a full time staff that include a Youth Director to help guide our younger players, a Director of Coaching that oversees all player development and curriculum, a full time administrator and a Club Director.
A Technical Training program will be added for all players as we look to continue to build the skills and develop our players. This program will be included in all players’ fees and is geared toward serious players that want to improve their game. Technical training will consist of additional shooting, foot skills, ball mastery, Strength/conditioning, passing/receiving and speed agility training.
These classes will provide a third practice a week for players in the fall/spring and a second practice a week for players during the winter months. This is approximately 40 additional hours of soccer training
9v9 (2007-2006) and 11v11 (2005-1999) teams will have the opportunity to participate in the Michigan Indoor Soccer League based at the Legacy Center in Brighton. This league provides longer games, at a state of the art facility with higher quality and more varied competition. Participation in this league will be based on a team by team basis. Younger teams will play at the Genesee Fieldhouse or Soccer Zone. Older teams may elect College showcases in place of an indoor league. Teams will continue to participate in a winter Futsal program and Inter club scrimmages.
In a continued effort to improve our training and game facilities La Forza have added Sports Lab Team Training Complex in the fall and spring months. Teams will now practice once a week indoors during the fall/spring, second and third practice outdoors. All home games will now have premium game facilities:
4v4 teams Sports Lab – Indoor Turf Facility

9v9 teams– Fenton High School – Premium grass field with sprinkler system and field maintenance staff
11v11 teams - Fenton High School – Premium grass field with sprinkler system and field maintenance staff
